I am facing an issue with one 4300E IP Camera it is keep resetting to factory default by itself in a random fashion running firmware version 3.2.1 I do not see any addressed bugs regarding this issue any idea?!

While I don't have an explanation as to why... have you tried a newer FW version to see if the issue persists?
