Cisco switch 3560 => Password recovery with Mode Button doesn't work

Hi Experts!

I have some confusion with holding Mode button with cisco3560SX switch.

I want to recover password and according to the Cisco documents in this model I should:

"Release the Mode button after approximately 15 seconds when the SYST LED turns solid green. When you release the Mode button, the SYST LED blinks green."

The problem is that SYST LED never turns solid green but from the beginning it start blinking.

Releasing MODE button at this moment doesn't change anything.

PS.Maybe I should send "Brake" signal additionaly from my Putty console?

How long have you attempted to wait after reconnecting the power (while the mode button is depressed)? 

Pull up a terminal and monitor its activity while attempting to do so.  Here are some additional resources I quickly located:
