Cisco VSMS Server Software Status Warning!

We have upgraded VSOM/VSMS from 7.8.0 To 7.12.0 one by one 7.8/9/10/11/12 but faced a problem that VSOM status is green but VSMS status is yellow (see the attached snap) any idea of these problems and how I can solve it?

attached snap shot doesn't show affecting alerts. check "Affecting Current status" and share the snap shot.

click on "reset status"?

Thanks @Raghav-Rao problem has been solved, we found one pending task was in affecting current status and we deleted from system settings>software management>search>manage tab one pending version 7.9.0.
