Thanks @Raghav-Rao problem has been solved, we found one pending task was in affecting current status and we deleted from system settings>software management>search>manage tab one pending version 7.9.0.Highly appreciated,
Thanks all, finally I have successfully upgraded vsms server with 7.6.0. At first I was uploaded 7.6.0 to vsms from my pc then installed, once server come up I was uploaded hotfix package and installed.
After that my server able to joined with VSOM.
