Combining two ASA 5510's configs into one

Hi everyone, sorry if this has been asked before, but I have not been able to find the answer after searching.  We have 2 ASA 5510's on the current FW and we would like to combine both configs on one of the ASA's so that we can utilize them in a fail over cluster instead of how they are being used now.  Any help or direction to articles would be greatly appreciated!

Depending on the version of ASA you are running there are some license changes regarding failover
