You can download the camera clip from the VSOM application or from SASD, if you are using this Cisco surveillance application. Without software its not possible to get the recorded clips from camera.
The recording template(s) need to apply on the camera(s) in order to record as per your requirements.
The PAN, Tilt and Zoom is the feature of the camera, it can't done on the recordings clips. If you have the PTZ actions while taking the recording clips then it will visible in recorded clips.
