Hi Farooq,   What is the VSM version you are running and on which hardware platform (Bare Metal or VM based)? How many camera(s) are installed at your site. Also, please share what is the template use have created for this camera to record? (like bitrate, frame rate and resolution etc)   What is the bandwidth you are availing at your site? Hi Evgeniy,   This issue seems like the data inside /media1 partitions is not accessible anymore and this has to repaired first without corrupting the existing data in it and then only all the data in the disk will be accessible. Even you access the media partitions it will give error of "Input/Output error" I recommend you to please open the TAC SR first with us in order to get right assistance and recover the media partitions without any data loss.   BR, Jayesh ... Looks like you have created "views" to that location. Please check under views section first, also check if any cameras listed under that locations. It's mentioned that one or more cameras listed under that locations.   If you still can't able to find that camera or views from that locations. Hi Peter,   Do you remember the "localadmin" user password? If yes, then we can reset the "admin" password from CLI. Try to run the below command after logging to CLI:   # sudo sh /usr/BWhttpd/vsom_be/db/resetAdminUser.sh This will reset the VSOM user's password to the default 'admin'.  The user will be prompted to change the password the next time they log in to VSOM.   Kindly try the same and let me know if this works.   BR, Jayesh ...
