Install cisco vsms new version to old platform server

Dear all

I implement Cisco IP Video Surveillance and want to install new OS. I use OS Suse 9 SP3 and want to upgrade to Suse 10 SP1. I install Suse 10 SP1 and have a problem when it boot from DVD IP Video Surveillance version 4.1./6.1 that it has not installation menu (such as installation guide Suse 10) but has a message "type recovery for install". Then I type "recovery" and enter and wait wait wait that I have a problem Suse is ask about system profile location.

How I do this problem. Please help

Not sure if you have seen this yet but here are the steps to upgrade. The link below requires you have an account with ciscoet.com.  You should be able to request permission from you Physical Security Channel Account manager right in the form.  The link is below.
