I'm stumped by this issue, and hopefully you guys can help me.
We are using VSOM 7.7 and SASD to view the cameras.
Recently, All our PTZ cameras pictures stop rotating. Usually, we enable the PTZ toggle on the picture camera feed and move the mouse left-right, up-down to view either sides. Now, for some reason, the picture isn't moving.
Login directly to the cameras in a browser with the IP, I'm able to move the camera picture.
