turn on and off a port

I have a cisco 2960 switch and have a security question.  I would like to have a port turn on on tuesday at 8:00am and turn off at 2:00 pm , I would also like the same thing to happen on Saturday.  the rest of the time I would like the port to be off. Can this be done???

I think This can be possible by using eem (embedded event manager ) but 2960 series switches do not support eem feature.
