Hi.
VOSM server db error occurs.
The message is as follows:
"There is a problem with the application.
DB Error: unknown error "
So the server and checked as follows:
"D8VSOM: ~ # df
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/ dev/sdb1 10480124 10480124 0 100% /
udev 1549548 144 1549404 1% / dev
/ dev/sda1 93307 11709 76781 14% / boot
/ dev/sdc1 3889627008 1296 3889625712 1% / media1
-bash: printf: write error: No space left on device
D8VSOM: ~ # "
/ dev/sdb1 100%, which seems to be lack of disk space, which is a problem.
What the workaround, please let me know.
Thank you.

I would recommend trying to find out what's chewed up all of your storage on the primary volume. You can use linux utilities such as:
du -h
for this. Personally, I would first check '/usr/BWhttpd/cores' to see if its memory dumps from crashing VSM processes which have taken up all the space.
You may want to pull these off to keep for a TAC case submission, or you may wish to just delete them to free the space. That's up to you.
After freeing sufficient space, the services *should* be able to start properly.
Hope this helps,
Scott.

Case open request.
Thank you very much.

I don't quite follow, and I wanted to make sure; are you requesting that *I* open a TAC case? I can't do that because I'm just a forum user and not an employee. I'm pretty sure there is a way to do that via these forums though.
Were you able to locate the source of all the disk consumption?
