Duo CA bundle update deadline

I use Duo on Windows server 2019. I use it for Microsoft RD Gateway and Microsoft RD Web.

I haven't seen these Microsoft Remote Desktop listed in the products affected. Do I need to do anything/update these?

Pretty much. If you have stuff that isn't used often, make sure you try logging in to it...if its old, it will get logged

My OWA and ADFS showed up there as did my users with old versions on their phones.

The doc is here: https://help.duo.com/s/article/9451?language=en_US#sdks
You need ver 3.10 for RD Web.
In the Duo console, under Reports/Unsupported Clients Log, you should see everything that's talking to Duo that needs an update.

Thanks so much for answering.
In the unsupported clients log I don't see anything (see attached). I guess that means I have a new enough version??

Hey @alceryes ,

  • Duo for RD Web version 3.1.0 has the new CA bundle. If you have 3.1.0 installed you are all set and it won't show up in the unsupported client log report.
  • No released version of Duo for RD Gateway performs certificate pinning, so it is unaffected and would never show up in the unsupported client log report.

Duo KB article 9451 lists all the Duo-provided applications and clients that require an update. It's a good idea to check both the list of affected applications in that article as well as your Admin Panel to make sure you've addressed everything.

Duo, not DUO.
