ACS Add filters to avoid TACACS faulures for Blank User

I want to know how can Avoid to collect tacacs Authentication request for user missing in acs Logger server

Monitoring Configuration > System Configuration > Add Filter

The Filer only permit to set and ID so what about blanks?

No, that is not possible to define an empty user name in the filter.
