ACS5.4 last date of support

I notice the last date of support for the ACS 5.4 is Mar.18 2018.Does it mean that after Mar 18 I couldn't open a case for it?

App. SW

The last date to receive applicable service and support for the product as entitled by active service contracts or by warranty terms and conditions. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete.

Hi 

Yes last day of support means that after this date you won't be able to open new tac case. 

You should migrate to ISE.
