Hi,

To answer your query as far as i know ACS 4.1 which as windows based doesn't have any restriction based on the license. Even the document says the same.

Q. What is the licensing for Cisco Secure ACS 4.1?

A. The Cisco Secure ACS product is licensed per server, with unlimited ports, users, and network access servers.

Refer the below page:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/vpndevc/ps5712/ps2086/ps7032/prod_qas0900aecd80108148_ps2086_Products_Q_and_A_Item.html

But when it comes for ACS 5.x version it has the restrictions based on the Network Devices for AAA. Base license which starts with 500 devices for AAA function.

Please do rate if the given information helps.

Cisco ACS 4.x supports up to 5000 entries in the network devices section. 5000 entries does not mean 5000 devices because, if you are using a wildcard that can support multiple devices but that is counted only one entry.

Number of Network Access Servers

A Cisco Secure ACS can support up 5000 discrete network access servers (NASs). This number can be increased by the use of the multi-NAS capability of an ACS.
