Restore Backup on ACS 4.2.0.124 for Windows

Hello,

As per the Migration Guide I have taken the backup of an existing ACS 4.2.0.124 server (Appliance). While trying to restore backup on the Migration machine (ACS 4.2.0.124 for Windows)  I am unable to see the Directory box from where I can select the backup file to be restored.

Could you please give any suggestion on the same.

Make sure your java is updated. Also try to use firefox just to rule out browser issue.

Can you please post a screenshot showing this problem? Also, what browser are you using?

Hello Javier, Thank you for your quick response, Currently I am using Google chrome version 47.0.2526.106. And, also you can find the attached screenshot.

Make sure your java is updated. Also try to use firefox just to rule out browser issue.
