Hi,
I have just installed RadKit 1.8.5. After installation I opened RADKit service, the service status shows starting and then stopped.
What am I doing wrong? Configure RADKit is greyed out.

Hello,
Can you click Manage Service and make sure the windows service called Cisco RADKit is running?
If you face any issues afterwards let me know.
Thanks,
Rana

Hi Rana,
First of all, thank you for supporting me on this. When I check the Manage Service, Cisco RADKit is not running. So what I did was to exit Cisco RADKit service first, start the service in the background and reopen Cisco RADKit service, but what it does is that it automatically stops the service which I have started.
So before starting RADKit Service application.
After starting RADKit service application, it stops running.

Rana,
Thank you for your support!
For others with the same issue. We installed version 1.8.5 with the option to register also as windows service. Because of priviliges on the server the RADKit service was unable to start the service. But installing it without registering as windows service was the solution in my case.
