Hello,
I am evaluating Cisco Security Manager 4.17.0.
The Manager is installed on one server and I am connecting to it via the client installed on another server. When I attempt to authenticate after installation, I receive the following:
Error - Login Failed
The client cannot connect to the Authentication Service.
I have performed the procedure outlined in the following link but the problem remains.

Communication:
The server is listening on ports 1741 and 443. I can telnet to the security management server from the server hosting the client software on these ports.
Environment:
Windows Server 2016 Standard.
