Hello,
we have a new user account in our webex control hub, that has correctly synced with our AD.
However, the user does not recieve his activation email. Also when I resend the mail, it does not arrive.
The mailbox of the user works fine, the user can receive external mails and the mail is not in the spam folder.
In fact, we can't even see the mail coming in on our mail server.
Any ideas what's going wrong? This has always worked until now...
