I need help! I use Cisco Jabber for work and have a Jabra Engage 75 headset. The remote call control buttons on the headset are non-functional. It will not allow me to answer or end calls from the headset. I have to answer the call from my computer screen. The headset can connect via USB and Bluetooth. I have tried both connection methods without success. I’ve talked to Jabra support twice and they are no help. Any help anyone can give me is greatly appreciated!
