Since the Webex App migration we have users who are receiving the Webex Add-On prompt anytime they attempt to join a Webex Event (Classic) meeting in Microsoft Edge. The user can see the Webex Add-on is already enabled on the MS Edge toolbar but for some reason it does not appear to recognize it and keeps prompting for the add-on. Uninstalling/reinstalling the Webex Add-On app does not resolve the issue. The user can join a Webex Meeting or Webex Webinar from Microsoft Edge fine without any issues so the only issue is joining/hosting a meeting from Webex Event (Classic). The workaround has been to click on the run a temporary application link or instruct them to join from Chrome which works fine. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and has a resolution? Thanks!
