Hi all,
I'm unable to redeem my CyberOps voucher. The PersonVUE cert page says:
"This discount can only be used when a specific client question has been answered. [My Name] has not answered this question correctly."
I've been searching through the internet and I found out that my Networking Academy ID isn't in the Additional information form. I'm not sure if it's the problem, but I'm also unable to fill it in. As you can see on the attached image.
