Cisco Bug API: 403 Forbidden Developer Inactive

Hi,
Cisco Bug API  https://developer.cisco.com/docs/support-apis/#!bug/get-bug-details-by-bug-ids returns status code 403 with a message "Developer Inactive". I  registered the application in Cisco API Console and authenticated the request by providing a HTTP Authentication header and Bearer access token.

GET https://apix.cisco.com/bug/v2.0/bugs/bug_ids/CSCdr72939

Could you please let me know how we can fix this issue?
