POST request to /iox/api/v2/hosting/tokenservice returns TLSv1 Error

Trying to deploy an IOx application using Ansible and get the following error. I have tried using MAC OSX and Ubuntu, but get the same error:

Is there anyway to debug the IOx framework REST API and see what is the IOx API actually complaining about. I have tried different version of IOS-XE but no luck. Currently I am running on a Cisco IE3400 switch running Polaris 17.12.1 image.

Have you searched the Cisco Bug Search Tool for any related bugs? If not found, perhaps you can generate a bug report.
