1921 ISR throughput questions

Hi, I've been looking over the specs for the 1921 ISR router and saw mentioned that it has something like "15Mbps total throughput". My question is, is that 15Mbps total throughput with several "services" turned on (such as QoS or VPN) or is that without any services--or am I misunderstanding what was meant by that 15Mbps number completely? I know that Cisco routers and business/enterprise routers in general tend to focus more on connection quality than raw throughput, but still 15Mbps sounds surprisingly low to me. I'm asking about this because I would like to make sure the 1921 could handle my 300Mbps download/30Mbps upload cable internet connection from Comcast.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

1921 can't handle 300 Mbps in a single direction (much less 300 Mbps download & 30 upload).

To run 300 Mbps download & 30 Mbps download (without encryption), you're looking at a 4351.  If you want to run encryption then you're looking at the 4431.
