Access Modem in "Bridge" mode behind the router

We have a Motorola NVG 510 Modem that came with our AT&T U-Verse service. We are using Static IP addresses. So the modem was configured in Passthrough mode, which I beleive is the same as "bridge mode". Both modem and router are on different subnets. The modem is connected to the WAN port of  our RV016 Cisco  router. The WAN port gets a Static IP address from AT&T. From inside of our network,we can't access our modem because it isn't Internet-routable (i.e. 192.168.0.x IP address).

Is it possbile to add a static route to the RV016 so that we can reach the modem?

If yes, what are the parameters we should use?

The Static Routing for RV016 has the following input parameters:

     Destination IP:

     Subnet Mask:

     Default Gateway:

     Hop Count:

     Interface:

Your help is very much appreciated.

S Sasson
