How can I use the bandwidth control feature of the RV 042 to limit the bandwidth of each client connected to the router. I would like to limit each user to 5 Mb/s maximum. When I enter a range of IP addresses, however, it appears that the TOTAL bandwidth for all IP addresses in the range is limited to the maximum value I enter.
