Hi,
I followed a cisco document to block websites, but i am still able to access it.
Using facebook as an example, there is an entry in the forbidden Domains table, with enabled ticked, and the radio button for block forbidden domains being selected.
The scheduling is set to always.
I have the following entries, one per line:
.facebook.com
https://www.facebook.com
facebook.com
But the site remains accessible
Any help would be appreciated.
thanks
Paul

Hi Paul,
My name is Kristian and I am one of the engineers from the Small Business support team.
What device are you using?
What firmware are you using?
Have you tested if you can access the site from different browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, IE)?
I will also suggest to open a support ticket with us so we can provide additional assistance and resolve the problem for you.
Kind regards,
Kris

Hello,
This is a known issue that is trying to be fixed on future releases. These websites are using HTTS and the Router is omitting this block request. So far there is no workaround found.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
