Hi folks, hope someone here can help. I have a brand new RV130W Router. It hands out DHCP starting at 192.168.3.xxx (SNM 255.255.255.0)
It also has Wifi enabled and local office users can access it and get addresses in same 192.168.3.xxx range. Any PC I plug in can print to my printer at 192.168.3.2 (static IP) but the wireless devices cannot see it or ping it. The Router itself is 192.168.3.1. So basically whether they are wired LAN client or wireless they all are 192.168.3.xxx and default VLAN of 1. BUT ONLY the wired clients can print! I do have GUEST Wifi setup with isolation 192.168.4.xxx but they dont matter to me. Everyone can surf the Internet fine thru the Router.
Any idea why Wireless folks can't print? Printer is a Konica C258 hardwired LAN as 192.168.3.2 (255.255.255.0). It has NO WIFI ability so thats not a option. I've attached some config pics.

Hi JFreed,
Thank you for using pour community:
I would l like to have more details of the router:
1. Firmware version
2.Can you ping a wireless device from a wired device (eg.. a wireless laptop to a PC)?
3. Do you have any switch in your network?
4. Your printer is connected directly to the router?
Please send us more information about your network: Topology.
I always encourage to give us a call at 1866-606-1866 and we will be able to verify your warranty and more.
Thank you

Thank you. Its a BRAND new device I just bought. I called for help and the girl that answered told me NO FREE TECH SUPPORT !! Not even 30-60 days! I couldnt believe that from Cisco thats why I bought a good brand name.
Anyways, FIRMWARE is 1.0.3.14
The only switch is a generic unmanaged 24 port Cisco. One wire from port 1 of RV130 goes to port 1 of switch. Clients wire to other ports of the switch.
Printer is hardwired to a port on this switch. Any hard wired device can ping and see printer who is static at 192.168.3.2. Wireless clients cannot ping it. Router is 192.168.3.1. I only chose the 192.168.3.xxx scope because down the road I thought I might make this site a VPN point to point to home office which uses scope 192.168.1.xxx
Thanks
