nothing happens when I tick try to the box for remote upgrade enable in the firewall basic settings screen

Even though I logged a call with Cisco, they did not come up with any answers
But
I think the answer to this problem is
You have to be logged in locally to enable the remote upgrade.

Thanks for your post.
In order to enable remote upgrade, please ensure that you make that change first while being connected locally on router LAN.
Once you are successful in doing so, afterwards you can perform upgrade from a remote site
