Cisco 2851 internet edge router

we are using Cisco 2851 internet Edge router. in that router FAN3 has shown LOW RPM. FAN 1 & FAN2 is ok, can you anyone update what are  the impacts  or problems occurred  in future on the router.

EOS/EOL is also expired, can any one guide me the impacts & Problems  and how to proceed further .

Fans are used for cooling.  The impact is that the router could over heat, randomly fail, and eventually suffer permanent hardware damage.  Then again, it might be fine for 5 years if it is in a nice environment.

Because the router is so old, you should consider hardware replacement (even without this hardware failure you should be doing this).  The Cisco 4300 series is the current comparable series.
