Hi, I have searched the forums for anything close and have not come up with a result. I am currently living in a rental with internet included. The provider is Megacable and the modem is a Cisco DPC3928S. It appears completely random to me however the modem disconnects frequently (on average 20 times per day). It does not seem to matter what devices are connected, if any. I have logged into the modem to try and fix the problem myself however I am unfamiliar with any modem settings and vernacular. Has anyone experienced this issue as it is becoming a problem and makes the experience very unreliable. Thank you.
