Cisco RV120W - Enable QuickVPN problem!

Hi,

I have a Cisco RV120W and I need setup a QuickVPN user, however i can't enable this user.

I have Remote Management enable, access type All Ip Address and port number 443.

Anyone help me?

Hello Andre,

How are you trying to enable the user? Are you getting some type of error when trying to enable it? You should be able to click add, create username/password, switch the protocal type to QVPN and click save.

Actually while I am typing this I think I know what you are talking about. You do not have to click enable to enable QVPN users. It will stay grayed out but if you created a PPTP user on the other hand then it gives you a option to enable/disable a PPTP user. Not sure why they designed it like that but once you add the QVPN user its already enabled.

Didn't understand your last question. Pretty much once the QVPN user is added it wont show enabled with a check box but its active. Let me know if this helped you fixed your issue or not and if it did mark this as answered.
