Cisco RV130W FIRMWARE UPDATE QUESTION

We have cisco rv130W

Device Information System Name: router8FD369 Firmware Version: 1.0.2.7

Serial Number: CCQ1928***

We want upgrade to the last firmware 1.0.3.14 but im not sure of this reléase note;

Enhancements

• Support web filtering (only for RV130-WB-K9-NA, RV130-WB-K9-G5,

RV130W-WB-A-K9-NA, RV130W-WB-E-K9-G5).

i ve got cisco rv130w but where can i find my model? Because i do not know what is my versión? Where can i find the number versión like RV130-WB-K9-G5????

Hello,

I have checked the release notes for this device and in fact  web filtering is only for RV130-WB-K9-NA, RV130-WB-K9-G5, RV130W-WB-A-K9-NA, RV130W-WB-E-K9-G5 models.

now if you would like to find the part number of your device based on the serial # you can either send me the complete serial # so I can check it or you can call us to cisco small bussiness support center 1-866-6061866 . 

you can also find it on the proof of purchase.

Ok, We can close this post. My versión is RV130W-E-K9-G5  and does not work  web filtering on this model.
