I have a cisco rv340 that I have configured for a site-site VPN connection. This is for a medical PACS server we have onsite but have to remote to the PACS vendor through VPN to access it. I have vlan1 configured to a .38 network which is what the PACS server is setup with. Wan 2 is connected with a static IP up and running. The VPN is active/up but I cannot ping across the VPN. (then eventually access the PACS server) Is there some type of access rule that I am missing? Please let me know if I can provide more information.
I have spent hours going through this and time with the IT vendor trying to resolve this. Any help would be much appreciated!
