Client can not access internet after connected RV130W IPSec VPN

RV130W now setup as a VPN server , and client running with Windows 7.

Windows 7 connected to RV130W with PPTP , all is working as expected , Windows 7 can access all internal resource and access internet , and RV130W as the VPN client gateway by default.

For security  reason , I want all traffic pass through VPN and use IPSec to replace PPTP , I have changed the router setting to IPSec , Windows 7 used greenbow to replace the native VPN client. Greenbow enabled split-tunneling as default , so I can access internal resource after connected IPSec VPN but access internet by local gateway. Because I want all traffic pass through RV130W, I have disabled the split tunneling function from greenbow, after that I can not access internet again, but still can access internal resource.

Any idea about this case ?

Router setting:
Phase 2:

IP address :192.168.0.0.

Subnet mask : 255.255.255.0

VPN client : Windows 7 network environment :

IP: 192.168.42.187/24

Gateway:192.168.42.129

(After connected IPSec VPN)

IP: 10.10.10.10/24

Gateway : 10.10.10.1

Greenbow Setting :

Disable Split Tunneling

VPN Client address: 0.0.0.0

Address type : Subnet address

Remote LAN address : 192.168.0.0

Subnet mask : 0.0.0.0

Thank you

I am having this problem with an RV345p.

my main network is 192.168.1.1

when i connect to VPN IPSEC on any device, i am assigned an ip address in range 192.168.2.20-28 as i set it, and can access RDP on the 192.168.1.1 network.  But no internet at all.  I know im missing a simple feature, but i spent hours trying to find it. Thanks for the help,
