Experiencing lag and other issues on RV260

I have had this router for several years now and never had any issues. Over the last few months, I have been experiencing issues such as: Not being able to get to the login page of the router (After fussing a lot and turning off the windows firewall on the machine I was using to access the router, solved that issue) Users having been experiencing lag loading Google Chrome and other simple tasks on the internet. Dropped video and voice calls. I decided to swap out the Cisco router for a TPLink and was experiencing the same issue. I put theCisco RV260 back in place with the latest firmware and am still experiencing lag. The lag is intermittent, but crippling when it happens.

Our setup is: Verizon FIOS internet -> RV260 WAN -> Netgear switch. Most of the users use their laptops on the wifi which is a Ubiquity U6-LR-US

I have already replaced the switch with a new one, prior to the U6-LR AP I was using a Aruba AP.

I have enabled syslog server on the Cisco router and would love some help deciphering it:

I was also getting this message:

dnsmasq-dhcp:not giving name to the DHCP lease because the name exists in /etc/host s.dnsmasq with 192.168.1.127

It was a TCL TV, I blocked it in the AP and the message went away. I am now getting the below messages constantly.
