Hey folks
I just bought an RV220w. My first act was updating th firmware to 1.0.2.4.
Unfortunately I was not able to configure the router for vlan purpose 'cause the "Port VLAN" point was missing in the webinterface.
I performed several factory reset but it didnt work for me - so I got back to firmware 1.0.1.0.
Any solutions for that? Is this a known issue?
regards from Switzerland

Firstly download a new image. reset to factory defaults, then try uploading the image again, possibly using a different browser.

Hi Simon. Thanks for your advice. I tried again with Firefox6 and IE9. I could download the image and load the firmware without any problems. Unfortunately the port vlan menu settings are still missing. Any other suggestions?

hi folks
As a result of my problem with the rv220w last fall, I decided tu use my bintec rs120.
There was still a little hope when I saw the "new" firmware 1.0.3.5 last weekend
Although I uploaded the firmware successfully I still cannot set the ports to trunk mode (see the pic above).
So there is still my original question:
Any solutions for that? Is this a known issue?

Chris,
The VLAN function of firmware 1.0.3.5 may require a reset to factory default if your configuration originated from earlier firmware. If you were using Trunk mode for a given port on RV220W, you could use the tagged option with firmware 1.0.3.5.
The following thread has some discussion you might be interested in.

Thanks for fast reply. The thread you mentioned seems to be familiar
As you can see I had this problem already with firmware version 1.0.2.4.
There is currently no configuration on the router... I did a factory reset before and after the upgrade.
My problem is that by default all ports are in access mode.
As soon as I assign multiple (tagged) vlan to one port the router doesn't respond.
A workaround could be to configure every vlan on a single port but this cannot be a final solution.

This does not sound right. You might want to call the small business support center to get your issue checked out.
