When we were updating the firmware of our router RV016, the power supply was suddenly interrupted. After that the DIAG indication is blinking and we have no access to the router. We have made several restarts/resets of the router but there was no effect - DIAG is blinking and no access to the router.
Did you try holding the reset button for 30 seconds with the router powered on? This should reset it to factory defaults, although if the firmware is broken it may not work.
What firmware version were you loading?
