Hi Guys, I have Cisco sg-300 switch, customer is complaining that call are dropping. The customer has a third party IP PBX (Grandstream) with around 10 IP Phones. As I understand they only have one default VLAN. What should be the ideal setup for the call quality to be good? How can make thier network more efficient?

The only thing you can check on the switch is that the ports have their speed and duplex correctly negotiated. Considering that all phones are affected, it would be good to check if the connection to their Call Server (whatever that is) speed and duplex is matching that of you.

All the rest, that is on their PABX system. You're just a switch and you cant do anything about it
