Hey,
We have an old switch that no longer functions and I would like to return it (I've checked that the service is still active). However, the service contract isnt linked to my Cisco account, and somehow it seems to be required..
So I have a couple of questions:
How can I create an RMA if the service contract isn't linked to my account? (To get an RMA number, I'm asked to add "SORT Order Create" Module to my Cisco Workspace, but I can't seem to find it?)
Can I link a service contract to my account, even though the purchase was 3-4 years ago?
Thanks in advance!

This seems to be just for recycling (For when I want to dispose of my switch) I'm looking for a way to make an RMA case and get it fixed (or replaced).
Unfortunately, my case still isn't solved.
Thanks for the links though.
