Wireless Android devices specifically are getting a self-registration web page pertaining to registering the Cox modem for the first time even though the modem has been registered and works fine on all other wired and wireless devices. Cox replaced the modem because they said it was stuck in self registration mode. Now only android wireless devices such as phones and tablets are getting the registration page when accessing the internet. You cannot just close the page and access other pages, it just keeps coming up. Cox says the ARP needs to be cleared on the router.
