how to install ios on cisco 2851 router

Plz any body tell me how to install ios on cisco 2851 router.where i get from.

Cisco IOS images are free to download from cisco.com

the catch is, you have to have a legit license and login for cisco's website. If you just bought the router off ebay you can't legally get it any other way except buying a new license.
