miroslaw,
The message means exactly what it says. There are no IPv6 routers present. When the interface is activated a discovery process starts looking for IPv6 routers. If none are found you will see that message in the log.
What router are you referring to?

miroslaw,
I think that the function that I described is more associated with the Linux OS that the router runs, rather than any configuration settings. I have seen the same message on many other routers and none of them were ever configured to use IPv6. What you are seeing is normal.
