ISR 4321 ports in use

Hi All,

We have just purchased a new 4321 ISR and we need to port forward ports 5061 and 5060 to our internal ucs. I'm able to port forward other ports without issue but these ports are in use by system. I think it has something to do with the uck9 feature that is active in evaluation (not in use) but I'm unable to remove this feature license.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using the "licence boot level ..." command to make the router boot with the feature set disabled.

Hi,

I've tried a few things with license boot level. All commands are accepted but don't seem to take effect.

no license boot level uck9 

license boot level uck9 disable

The license feature still reports as active, not in use. And more importantly I can't pf 5060 or 5061 because they're still in use by system. I changed firmware as well but still no luck.

I'll play around a bit more with license boot level in the mean time. But any more things that I can try ?
