Last RV042 firmware v1.3.13.02 serious issue

Hi.

As I said in  https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3379876#3379876 we were having  some serious problems regarding the last RV042 firmware and VPN functionalities.

We proceeded the downgrade  to version 1.3.12.19 and everything is fine now. Luckily, despite the  warning that inform that all configurations will be lost when  downgrading firmware, the configurations were not lost.

I  think Cisco should release a new firmware update, remove the 1.3.13.02  from their website our, at least, give some explanation to the  community.

-Josue.

Do you have a ticket open for the issue? It would help expedite the resolution of the issue if you have it.

I don't have. Where I can register one ?

Thanks.

Hi Cindy.

Thanks for your reply. I already contacted the Support Center by phone (on last Thursday) but the guy told me that he couldn't help me once my warranty was already expired (we bought the router in 2008). So he told me to report the bug here.

Regards, Josue.
