Mask ID & Gateway Address

Hello,

I am changing my POS terminal, and it's asking me for the Gateway Address and Mask ID for it.  However, my Internet service provider told me to contact you, and the lady on the phone told me to ask online here.  Can someone please help me?

This is going to be specific to the network that the POS terminal is being installed on.  The gateway is the address of the router or equipment that allows communication outside of the network and the mask is the notation that identifies what is on the local subnet versus what it needs to send to the gateway (typically seen as something similar to 255.255.255.0).  If there are other devices on this network, copy their gateway and mask to use.
