but no reference about MTBF there so you are out of luck

like @pieterh mentioned, if the MTBF is not written in the data sheet of the module, it hasn't been calculated yet.

Doing a search, I found this reference https://www.gotodirect.com/nim-es2-4-cisco-4-port-layer-2-gigabit-ethernet-lan-switch-nim-module-new which states a MTBF of 1,000,000 hours which seems a bit exaggerated. 

I'm guessing that the MTBF for the module is between 500,000 and 700,000 hours judging from the MTBF of similar equipment.

Contact your Cisco account team (or CX team if you have Advanced Services or HTTS) for this MTBF. Somewhere within Cisco there exists an MTBF number for virtually every hardware product.
