OPENING OF PORTS IN RV325

I'm having trouble opening ports in R325, does anyone know how to do it?

 - Why do you need to open ports on the switch/router ; usually port-traffic is for designated hosts either transmitting or receiving through the switch/router - no special actions are needed because by default there will be no port-filtering.

Because we have installed an IP PBX and our telephony provider suggested opening some ports on the router to be able to publish certain PBX services, they gave us two tasks

1. Create a NAT between the Public IP and the Internal IP assigned to the PBX
2. Open these ports on the router

5090 udp / tcp
5060,5061 udp / tcp
9000-10999 udp
443 tcp
5001 udp / tcp
