We've got a Cisco RVS4000 router, connecting a 3 site business using the VPN. Currently running fine with ADSL at 2 sites and SHDL at another. With the NBN arriving, the client chose Commander for their internet at one site. We cannot get the router to connect to the internet at all. Commander support say it's PPoE and they use VLAN 100. Their router connects fine, but it won't do the VPN that we need.
Ignore the VPN, we aren't getting that far. They are blaming the router not using VLAN 100, but this is the WAN port - there is no VLAN option there.
Anyone have any ideas on getting this to work? Commander support is useless (although I will be curious to see their reaction when I tell them if it doesn't work, I'll be going elsewhere).
